- We support all Vertek Solutions products, including Fitnex and any custom software we've delivered to your team.

- We aim to respond to all support emails within 24 hours on business days. Urgent issues flagged in the subject line are prioritised.
- Can I request a feature or improvement?
- Absolutely. Use the same support email and include "Feature Request" in the subject. We review all requests and add them to our roadmap.
- Do you offer onboarding help?
- Yes. If you're a client or beta user and need a walkthrough, email us and we'll schedule a short call.
