Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DoIt application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Vertek Solutions LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), the operator of DoIt. Please read them carefully.

These Terms also serve as DoIt's End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Apple App Store. If you prefer Apple's standard EULA, you may use the App under that license instead; otherwise these Terms apply.

If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide rights that conflict with these Terms, those mandatory rights will apply.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DoIt. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

Your Account

To use DoIt, you must create an account. You may sign up using an email address and password, or through supported third-party sign-in providers (Google or Apple).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at dev.saif17@gmail.com

If you sign in via a third-party provider, your use of that provider is governed by their own terms and privacy policy. We do not control third-party authentication services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Free App & Ads

DoIt is available free of charge. The App may display banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads help keep the app free.

• Ads are served by Google AdMob and governed by Google's privacy and advertising policies
• On iOS, tracking-dependent ads follow Apple's App Tracking Transparency rules

Groups & Shared Lists

DoIt lets you create groups, invite others with a code, and collaborate on lists in real time.

• You are responsible for the content you add to groups, including item names and notes
• Do not share invite codes with people you do not want in the group. Anyone with a valid code can join
• Group admins may remove members. Removed members lose access to that group's lists
• Content in a shared group is visible to current members. Do not post confidential or sensitive information
• You grant other members of a group a license to view and use the list content you add, solely to use the App as intended

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DoIt to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Share illegal, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content in lists or notes

Privacy Policy

Your use of DoIt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

By using DoIt, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content in DoIt — including the App design, code, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Vertek Solutions LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

Your list content remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to provide and improve the DoIt service.

Disclaimers

DoIt is a productivity and list-sharing tool. We do not guarantee that lists will be complete, accurate, or available at all times. You are responsible for how you use shared lists, including shopping, chores, and other tasks you track in the App.

Limitation of Liability

DoIt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertek Solutions LLC and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account or groups
• Interruptions in service or App unavailability
• Disputes among group members
• Reliance on list content created by you or other members

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100), except where a higher amount is required by applicable law.

Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using DoIt and request deletion of your account at any time:

• From Profile in the App (Delete Account), when that control is available
• By emailing dev.saif17@gmail.com from your account address with the subject “Delete DoIt account”

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the App poses a risk to other users or the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of DoIt after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Third-Party Services

DoIt relies on third-party services to operate core features. Your use of DoIt may also be subject to those services' terms and policies.

• Supabase: authentication, cloud database, and realtime updates
• Google AdMob: banner ads
• Google and Apple: optional sign-in and marketplace distribution

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes made by third-party providers.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, mandatory laws in your country or state of residence may give you additional rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first contact us at dev.saif17@gmail.com and attempt an informal resolution.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, disputes will be resolved by the courts of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief where legally permitted.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Vertek Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, and service providers harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
• Content you post in groups or lists

General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Vertek Solutions LLC regarding the App.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded DoIt from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Vertek Solutions LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms solely as required by Apple's standard terms.

If you downloaded DoIt from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to Google Play terms and policies. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
